CAPA Consortium Meeting in Cairo - 8-10 December 2026

The CAPA project is preparing for its upcoming Regional Forum, taking place in Cairo, Egypt, from 8 to 10 December 2026. The three-day event will bring together project partners and key stakeholders to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration and advance discussions on climate resilience across Africa. Preparations are underway, with the programme and practical arrangements currently being finalised.

The Forum will provide an opportunity to connect expertise, share perspectives and support closer cooperation between research, climate services and the institutions working to address climate-related challenges across the continent.

In parallel, CAPA partners are progressing with a project-wide survey aimed at gathering insights on operational climate services, research and capacity-building needs. The survey will help build a clearer picture of existing initiatives and priorities, supporting future activities that respond to the needs of institutions and communities across Africa.
